Swim Up Camp is the camp brand of the Ankara-based Frekans Swimming Academy, running video-analysed swim camps for adults. At camp every swimmer’s stroke is filmed underwater, and from the surface when conditions allow; national swimming coaches then explain each fault to you.
When most swimmers stop improving, they add more metres. Yet the problem is usually not distance but a technical fault repeated over and over. Swim Up Camp exists for exactly that: to make the fault visible and fix it.
What we believe
01
Every suggestion rests on footage.
02
Camps run to about 30–40 people; in the pool you are split into level groups.
03
We do not ask for times or rankings; any adult with a goal can improve.
04
You leave with your three priorities and a drill list for them.
Swim Up Camp is the camp brand of the Ankara-based Frekans Swimming Academy. Led by our founder Esra Önen, we work with a team that includes swimmers who have competed at the Olympics. We film every swimmer’s stroke underwater; our national swimming coaches review the footage with them and explain each fault.
