Who is this camp for?

  • Masters and licensed swimmers preparing for race season
  • Triathletes losing time on the swim leg
  • Adults who want endurance and technique to grow together
200 mof continuous swimming is enough. Groups are split by level, and nobody is put into a set they cannot keep up with.

Four days

Technique and endurance, in the same pool.

We measure first, then explain and correct. The exact programme is shared for each camp.

June 2025, Gloria Sports Arena outdoor pool: a participant adjusts her cap beside the starting blocks.

Measure

Level and filming

Level check and underwater technical analysis filming; from the surface too when conditions allow.

June 2024, Gloria Sports Arena: a coach adjusts a swimmer's hand and foot position on the starting block.

Explain

Three priorities

In the analysis session your faults are explained; your three priorities are written into the sessions.

October 2026, Kemer: a participant swims butterfly in the hotel pool in the late afternoon, arms clearing the water.

Correct

Pace and endurance

Pace sets, turns and dryland training.

The above-water camera angle: a swimmer's arm and head action in butterfly, seen from pool-deck level.

Correct

Race pace

Pace sets built on your three priorities; you finish camp with your own drill list.

Depending on the weather and circumstances, the coaches and the organisers may change the programme.

Gloria Sports Arena: the venue's sign on the façade and a swimmer in the Olympic pool in front of it.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

If your question isn't here, talk to us first.

What level do I need?

Being able to swim 200 metres without stopping is enough. We do not ask for times; groups are split by level.

Is there a summer camp every year?

The summer camp runs only in the summer season, and only when a camp has been announced. Once dates are set, we reply to anyone who has written to us before the general announcement.

Do I keep the footage?

Yes. After camp, your recordings and analysis notes are shared with you digitally.
