  2. A day at camp

A day at camp.

A Swim Up Camp day starts in the pool and carries on with long pool sessions, dryland work, breathwork and yoga. The Open Water day runs differently: sessions are in the bay, by boat.

The schedule below is a sample day. Programmes for the camps Swim Up Camp announces can differ; the exact programme is in the camp announcement and is shared after you apply.

October 2026, Kemer, early morning: participants stretch and loosen up on mats on the lawn.

    Wake-up and light stretching.

The day starts by waking the body up before you get in the water: short mobility, breathing and shoulder prep.

  2. Breakfast.

  3. · Training

    First pool session.

A technique session: warm-up, drills, main set and cool-down. Sets are written for your level; nobody in a lane is expected to do the same thing. On camps with underwater technical analysis, filming happens in these sessions.

  4. · Break

    Recovery.

Rest and free time between sessions, so the body is ready for the afternoon.

  5. Lunch and rest.

Recovery is part of the programme. The body rests before the afternoon sessions.

  6. Dryland training.

Short, regular work on shoulder health, core endurance and mobility. The aim is not muscle; it is a body that can hold the right position in the water.

    Second pool session, set-focused.
